As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining production lines and ensuring smooth operations for new customers. This position offers a clear path to supervisory roles, supported by comprehensive training and development programs.

The Role

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
• Perform breakdown repairs and ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Participate in lean manufacturing improvement projects.
• Utilise PLCs and typical hand tools for mechanical work.
• Ensure machinery is operational and meets production demands.

The Person

• Strong mechanical background with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, gears, and bearings.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Open to candidates with NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualifications.
